In the unlikely event of us being out of stock of the main stream products or a delay in delivery is likely to be more than 4 working days, you shall be contacted by a member of our sales order team to advise you of the problem and expected time of delivery.

Faulty Products Returns
All products purchased from K9 Pet Shop are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee of quality. If you have purchased a product from us, and find it to be faulty within the specified guarantee period, or substandard in any way (this does not cover products that may have been chewed or destroyed by an animal of any kind, with the exception of dog food and dog treats), please telephone: 01543 428089, or click here to notify us by email.
The product will either be exchanged or if preferred and purchased within 28 days, your money will be refunded in full. (NB: Your order number and receipt must be retained in order for any exchange or refund to take place)
Return / Refund Policy
7 Day Money Back Guarantee - Buy any product from us, and should you not be completely satisfied, it can be returned to us, as long as it is complete and in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange (less actual postage and credit card processing costs) within 7 days. The item must also be returned at your cost.
Should replacement goods be required, a further postage charge will be made to cover the costs of re-sending the new item.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and thus results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Any refunds will be made within 30 days from notification to us. You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

On the day of delivery, if you are not able to be in all day the courier will leave details of where your order has been left. K9 Pet Shop cannot accept responsibility for the package once left.
Of course it is always helpful if you think you may be out to enter some special instructions at the checkout to let us know where it is best to leave your order.

We will always attempt to despatch your order the same day or next available working day, if received before 12 noon. However delivery and despatch times can vary so please allow up to 4 business working days for delivery.
Payment for goods or services will be accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, and Delta cards.
If you would prefer to pay over the telephone, using a credit or debit card, please telephone: 01543 428089 with the details of your order. Our office takes sales calls Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm.
We will also accept cheques by post which must be received prior to the goods being despatched. All cheques should be made payable to K9 Pet Shop and posted to (9 Leafdown Close, Hednesford, Staffordshire. WS12 2NJ) with a copy of your order.
Limitation Of Liability And Warranty
All items offered for sale on this site have been displayed with the pictures and text supplied by the manufacturer. Whilst every effort is made to verify this information, mistakes can occur for which K9 Pet Shop cannot accept any liability.
If however, this affects the use of your purchase, we will be happy to exchange any item as detailed in the return and refunds section above.
Warranty for all items remains with the manufacturer however we would appreciate you contacting us first should any item purchased be defective in any way.
The prices of our goods are checked for accuracy however K9 Pet Shop does reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale should a pricing error have been made.
Transfer of Title
All goods remain the property of K9 Pet Shop until paid for in full. Where cheques have been received as payment, payment in full shall be regarded as the time when our bankers have verified the cheque to have cleared through the normal banking system.
